Isla is meant to be explored. Get out there and see it all by golf cart, scooter or bicycle. 

PLEASE keep in mind that even though you are vacation, locals are going to work, school, church, grocery shopping etc. Drive safely / carefully, use hand signals, watch out for topas (HUGE speed bumps) and be aware, Isla Mujeres has a zero tolerance law for drinking  / driving.
